The National Opal Collection (NOC) showrooms are Australia’s finest opal centres, conveniently located in the heart of Sydney and Melbourne. Each venue features a museum, theatrette, opal mine and stunning opal showroom.
The NOC has recreated the history of opal through graphic life-size dioramas of the dinosaur age. Rare opalised fossils of animals are featured alongside specially sculptured life-like models of the original animals.
